Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – The Nest Resort Jaipur

Cancellation Charges for individual bookings

  • If cancelled 48 hours prior to the arrival date full refund will be processed. There will be 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
  • If cancelled within 0-48 hours prior to Check In date, one-night retention will be charged and balance will be refunded, subject to deduction of 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Credit/Debit card.

 

Applicable on Blackout dates (24th, 25th, 30th & 31st of December & Long weekends)

  • 25% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 15-30 days from the arrival date, subject to deduction of 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
  • 50% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 08- 15 days from the arrival date, subject to deduction of 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
  • 100% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 07 days from the arrival date.

Cancellation Charges for Group bookings

  • A group booking is defined as 07 rooms and above.
  • 25% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within15-30 days from the arrival date, subject to deduction of 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
  • 50% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 08- 15 days from the arrival date, subject to deduction of 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
  • 100% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 07 days from the arrival date.
  • The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund if applicable as per the company policy.

Date Change Policy:

  • Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy above.
  • In the case of rebooking, a rate difference may be payable for the change as per the rate applicable for the rebooked date/ room type and subject to availability. The higher rate of the two will be charged from amongst the current rate or the future rate.

Refund Policy:

  • Credit/debit card online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
  • On cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take time between two (2)- to four (4) weeks to show refund back on your credit card statement. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund depends on numerous factors such as the hotel’s cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees etc. For more details refer to the cancellation policy mentioned above.
  • In case the reservation is not confirmed, we will not charge you anything on your credit card and release the whole amount if any that was held on it immediately. Now after we do this, it will still take two (2) to four (4) weeks for the bank to process the refund and to show the refunded amount on your credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR WEDDINGS:

  • Prior to 90 days of the date of an event; Resort reserves a right to retain the payment as follows
  • 70% of the advance will be charged & 30% will be refundable for the event inferior 25 Lakhs.
  • 50% of the advance will be charged & 50% will be refundable for the event superior 25 Lakhs.
  • The advance calculation is based on the contract schedule.
  • In case of a cancellation between 90 days to 60 days prior to the date of an event, the Resort reserves the right to charge 50% of the total estimated billing as retention.
  • In case of a cancellation under 60 days to a day prior to the commencement of an event, the Resort reserves the right to charge 100% of the total estimated billing as retention.
  • If the event is postponed to another date, it is to be treated as cancellation & the above guidelines would apply. The management reserves the right to either forfeit or adjust the advance.
  • Please note: if the payment will not be received as per the above schedule, the booking will automatically release without any further notice.
  • In case of cancelation or postponement of the event, the advance will be fortified and shall not to be adjusted against the future booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR WEDDINGS DUE TO COVID:

  • IN CASE OF FUNCTION CANCELLATION DUE TO CORONA VIRUS (COVID 19), (APPLICABLE TO THE GROOM / BRIDE OR THE RESPECTIVE PARENTS ONLY) THE DATES CAN BE POSTPONED UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS:
  • Cancellation shall be at least a month prior to the date of event.
  • All such requests shall be considered as per Cancellation Policy; however, a credit voucher will only be made as refund which can be used in a period of 01 year from the date of reimbursement in one deal only.
  • In case of rebooking, a rate difference may be payable for the change as per the rate applicable for the rebooked date (Sava/Non Sava) / room type and subject to availability. Higher rate of the two will be charged from amongst the current rate or the future rate.
  • Above policy is only applicable incase the host have followed the payment policy as per contract.
  • ABOVE CANCELLATION WILL ONLY BE VALID FOR THE SUBJECT MENTIONED.
